Coffee improves moods and mental and physical performance. It creates a feeling of well-being, happiness, energy, attention and sociability. It stimulates attention, concentration and academic learning. It is recommended for students of all ages, to drink at home or at school. Coffee gives greater resistance during aerobic activities and enhanced performance in anaerobic activities. But, be careful: if coffee is not consumed moderately (up to four large cups for adults and half that for children, with milk), the effects can be undesirable in some people. Caffeine can cause anxiousness, tremors and insomnia, principally if consumed at night.
